In 2008, AGC provided design-build services for Stanford University to design and install a laboratory in an existing lab building on campus.

In 2015, AGC completed a 3-story Student Health Center for San Jose State University.

The project consisted of the complete renovation of approximately 48,000 sqft spread over two existing buildings.

The project consisted of three connected buildings totaling 55,000 sqft of new teaching space for the students at that campus.

In 2013, AGC was selected as the design-assist mechanical contractor for a new Science and Mathematics Building that was being programmed as part of the South Campus Development at Evergreen Valley College in San Jose

The Center was an approximately 10,000 sqft new building that included a kitchen, several dining room areas, bookstore, and associated support space.

From design to construction, the project took over 4 years to complete. AGC teamed up with CAW Architects and Devcon Construction

The fish research facility was approximately 5,000 sqft, the mouse research facility was approximately 1,000 sqft, and provisions were made for a future small amphibian research facility.

This design-build project transformed two lab spaces and their supporting mechanical rooms in Stanford University's Varian Building to meet the advanced research needs of the Zong Group.

This design-build project involved the outfitting of two advanced lab spaces in Stanford’s Astrophysics Building, tailored to support the Bottcher Lab’s cutting-edge quantum research.

This full design-build project with BIM coordination revitalized Stanford’s End Station 3 building, originally constructed in the 1960s as part of the High Energy Physics Laboratory.
