Conor Medsystems
The project consisted of the complete renovation of approximately 48,000 sqft spread over two existing buildings.

In 2013, AGC was selected as the design-assist mechanical contractor for a new Science and Mathematics Building that was being programmed as part of the South Campus Development at Evergreen Valley College in San Jose

Presentation Center
The Center was an approximately 10,000 sqft new building that included a kitchen, several dining room areas, bookstore, and associated support space.

Stanford Frost Amphitheater
From design to construction, the project took over 4 years to complete. AGC teamed up with CAW Architects and Devcon Construction

Stanford Boswell Building
The fish research facility was approximately 5,000 sqft, the mouse research facility was approximately 1,000 sqft, and provisions were made for a future small amphibian research facility.

Stanford Zong Lab Renovation
This design-build project transformed two lab spaces and their supporting mechanical rooms in Stanford University's Varian Building to meet the advanced research needs of the Zong Group.

Bottcher Lab Renovation
This design-build project involved the outfitting of two advanced lab spaces in Stanford’s Astrophysics Building, tailored to support the Bottcher Lab’s cutting-edge quantum research.

Cleanroom & Collaborative Spaces
This full design-build project with BIM coordination revitalized Stanford’s End Station 3 building, originally constructed in the 1960s as part of the High Energy Physics Laboratory.

AGC is able to consistently deliver customer service because we have engineers and project managers that know how to ask questions and know how to listen. When we begin each project, we engage with the customer to communicate the project goals and constraints. Throughout the design and construction process, we look out for the customer's interest by initiating discussion about design issues early and often to minimize change costs and schedule impacts. We do not sit back and wait for the customer to ask for help. We actively look for ways to assist both the customer and the project team to achieve mutual success.
